Shipping & Returns


-We use AusPost Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

-If your order has not arrived within the allocated time period please contact AusPost with the tracking ID supplied to you.

-Ky&Co is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All claims must be taken up further with AusPost.

-Please note that during busy holiday periods your order may be delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order at



-Ky&Co Australia primarily ships within Australia only. If you do not reside in Australia it is advised that you order from our USA/Global Store - Please see weblink below:

Exceptions can be made if an item you really want is located within Ky&Co Australia. Please contact us via email and specify the product you want and we can provide you with an international shipping quote (please be advised this will be much higher than shipping from our USA/Global Store).

Ky&Co will NOT accept refunds on products if you simply change your mind.

we will happily accept returns on any items where a fault is present.

It is the customers responsibility to inspect the product for a fault and notify Ky&Co within 5 days of receiving your order. Items being returned must be in perfect, original condition (unworn). Items must be received by Ky&Co within 10 days of Return Authorisation.

Please DO NOT send any returns to Ky&Co prior to contacting us via email and being issued a Return Authorisation. Any items being sent without contacting us will not be accepted.

For any returned items you will NOT be refunded the shipping cost and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to both Ky&Co, and back to your postage address.

We suggest (highly recommend) using Registered Post as Ky&Co will not be responsible for any lost items.
